I made some I made some banana ice cream for my family and it was a huge hit! My mom asked if I could make ice cream with different fruits, so I tried! It appears that the texture of the banana is what makes it just the right creaminess for ice cream, while other fruits turn into more of a sorbet type of dessert!
All I did was throw some frozen mango chunks, frozen strawberries, a splash of water, and a few spoonfuls of plain yogurt into a food processor and let it do it’s magic! I personally prefer the taste of the banana ice cream, but this mango-strawberry sorbet definitely tasted like summer!
